Founder and Chairman of Kwality Balls Pvt Ltd. Mechanical engineer with an experience of over 40 years of experience and in depth knowledge of metal industry. Prior to foundation of Kwality Balls Pvt Ltd, Mr. Gupta established an independent fabrication unit to fabricate different products for many OEM’s. ... He is credited to have managed for over 20 years an organization which delighted customers with perfect quality & solution, in an era where technology was not so proven. Under his leadership the company has achieved a fast paced growth to become one of the leading brands in steel ball segment. Mr. Shailesh Gupta Holds a mechanical engineer degree. He joined Kwality
Balls Pvt Ltd since its inception in 1990 and is a part of the promoter
team. Through his sheer dedication, commitment & expertise over the total
plant operations, he has played a pivot role that has transformed the
traditional manufacturing to advance ... manufacturing, focusing on highly lucrative activities to
achieve operational efficiency & optimum resource utilization. He is
committed to organizational growth & manpower development. His able
guidance & training has enabled our employees to enhance their skills,
competencies and techniques to face market challenges in a competitive
environment. He is currently heading the Operations & Quality department
