Company Milestones

1990 Company formed with corporate office as Kwality Balls Pvt Ltd In Jaipur ( Rajasthan) & started production of miniature stainless steel balls for ball pen application.

1995 Imported equipped Machinery & Precision Testing Equipments to manufacture steel balls above 3MM for other industrial applications.

1997 Started manufacturing chrome steel balls & expanded distribution of steel balls across India.

2000 Certification & Implementation of ISO 9001 : 2000

2002 Started export of steel balls to USA & Europe

2005 Commencement of Stainless steel media for Vibro polishing application into the product line.

2010 Certification & Implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 added with distribution of glass balls & plastic balls in product line.

2016 Imported New Heading, Flashing & Grinding machines. Installed 10 more sorting machines for final inspection.

2017 Established new plant of 5000 m². Production increased from 20 Tons To 40 Tons per month with Certification & Implementation of ISO 9001: 2015

2019 Implementation of Quality Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, And PPAP

2020 Establishment of second production unit of 3000 m² area & moving forward for IATF 16949-2016 certification and implementation.
